Fees & Policies

Resort Fee
Please Note: You will be charged a separate, daily $25 Resort Fee per room not included in room rate. This fee is taxable. The Resort Fee includes:

• Valet parking
• Internet access
• Business center use
• Other services & amenities to enhance your stay

Deposit
A deposit equal to 40% of the reservation is charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Final Payment
Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside 21 days from arrival date are charged full and final payment at time of booking.

For holiday reservations staying December 18-31, full and final payment is due on November 1st and is automatically charged to the card on file at that time. Reservations that are booked inside of November 1st are charged full and final payment at time of booking.

Cancellation
Free cancellation outside 21 days of arrival. Cancellations made 21 days or less of arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

For holiday reservations scheduled to arrive December 18-31: Free cancellation prior to November 1.  Non refundable as of November 1. No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay.

Taxes
Wyoming State Tax                            6%

Local Tax                                               2%

Lodging Tax                                          2%

Total                                                      10%

Credit Cards: The Snake River Lodge & Spa accepts American Express, Master Card, Visa, Diners Club and Discover.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. 
• Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time. 
  For late departure availability, check with the front desk on the morning of your departure. Additional charges may apply. 
  

Children
The Snake River Lodge & Spa is a family friendly resort.  Children 14 and under stay free with adults.  We are happy to provide a complimentary crib. 

Standard Occupancy
All rates are based on standard occupancy as follows:

• All hotel rooms (Lodge, Deluxe, Premium and Penthouse): up to two persons
• Two Bedroom Condominiums:  up to four persons
• Three Bedroom Condominiums: up to six persons
• Four Bedroom Private Home:  up to eight persons

Additional Persons
Some units may accommodate additional persons via sofa sleepers, multiple beds or a complimentary crib.   Additional person charges are as follows:

• Adults aged 15 and over:  $30 per night
• Children aged 0-14: stay free in same unit with adults using existing bedding options. 

Pets
The Snake River Lodge & Spa welcomes all service animals but is not able to accommodate other pets at the resort.

Smoke Free Resort
The Snake River Lodge & Spa is pleased to offer a smoke free resort experience.  Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas.
