Fees & Policies

Resort Fee 
Please note that RockResorts and Vail Resorts Hospitality will begin packaging all resort service items under one daily Resort Fee, which will include parking, Internet access, and other services and amenities. At Snake River Lodge & Spa, this will be a $25 daily charge per room.

Taxes
State taxes of 6% plus Teton Village tax of 2% for a total of 8%.

Deposit Policy
June - September
Credit card deposit of two nights room and tax due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations inside 14 days of arrival forfeit the full stay deposit.

Mid-April - June and October - Mid-December
Credit card deposit of two nights room and tax due at the time of booking. Cancellations inside 72 hours of arrival forfeit the full stay deposit.

Mid-December - Mid-April
Credit card deposit of two nights room and tax due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations inside 30 days of arrival forfeit the full stay deposit.

There are no penalties for cancellations made on time based on the time frames stated above. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows. Please refer to rate rules for specific policy dates.

Credit Card Policy
The Snake River Lodge & Spa accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Diners Club.

Check-in and Checkout Times
Check-in is at 4 p.m. local time. As a consideration to arriving guests, please plan to vacate your room by 11 a.m. Your luggage may be checked with the bell staff.

Children Policy
Children 14 and under stay free. Children 15 and up are considered adults.

Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside Snake River Lodge & Spa.

Guest Room Phone Charges
A charge of $1 will be added to your bill for each local call and 800 service call, up to twenty minutes in duration, with additional charges thereafter. There is a $1 charge for directory assistance and information calls. All long distance calls will be charged at the operator-assisted rate.

Facsimile Services
The first five incoming pages are free, and each additional page after will cost $.25. For outgoing faxes, U.S. domestic to U.S. domestic costs $2 for the first page, plus $.50 for each additional page. U.S. domestic to international faxes cost $5 for the first page, plus $1 per additional page.
