Spa Frequently Asked Questions
Hours of Operation
Our Retail, Reception and Fitness areas are open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Services can be scheduled at the spa beginning at 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. Locker rooms and lounges are also available until 8 p.m. Feel free to enjoy the indoor-outdoor pool and tubs from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. (Hours are subject to change according to season.)
Spa Reservations
We recommend that you make spa reservations as far in advance as possible. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card or hotel reservation. Young adults under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult while participating in spa treatments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee assessed at the full value of the missed appointment.
When to Arrive
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. All spa services include use of fitness center, private men's and women's locker rooms, relaxation lounge, steam rooms, heated indoor/outdoor pool and valet parking. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled so that the next guest will not be delayed.
What to Wear
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the spa. We provide spa guests with daily use of a private locker, robe, slippers and all necessary towels. Disrobe to the level of your comfort; Undergarments are not necessary but may be worn if you prefer; our therapists will properly drape you for all treatments.
Special Needs & Preferences
Both male and female therapists are available. Please advise us at the time you make your reservation if you have a specific therapist or gender preference; we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability. Please notify our staff if you have special medical conditions or other considerations.
Consideration for Pregnancy
We suggest avoiding treatments using heat and/or deep pressure. Also, avoid the steam rooms, saunas, heated pool and Jacuzzi. Please let us know if you are expecting so that appropriate modifications to your treatment can be made.

Gift cards are available in any denomination and may be purchased at the spa reception desk.
