Snake River Lodge & Spa

LOCATION: Snake River Lodge & Spa is located in Teton Village, Wyoming, at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The lodge is also just one mile from the southernmost gateway to Grand Teton National Park.

THE RESORT: Part rugged lodge and part luxury hotel, the recently renovated Snake River Lodge & Spa is one of Jackson Hole's finest full-service, AAA Four Diamond award winning resort. Guests enjoy hand-crafted leather furniture, large stone fireplaces and whimsical carved bears as well as spectacular views of the nearby Gros Ventre Mountain Range. The historic town of Jackson is only 12 miles from Teton Village and Yellowstone National Park is 70 miles north.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Western elegance and style await guests in every room at Snake River Lodge & Spa. Each of the 88 lodging rooms and 40 suites provides soft oversized beds, goose down comforters and other amenities to make the stay comfortable. Residence Suites, two to three bedrooms each, feature a state of the art kitchen with a personal chef service available, hand painted tableware, hydrotherapy tub, a safe for valuables, and washer and dryer on the premises.

RESTAURANT: Snake River Lodge & Spa's renowned restaurant GameFish features new American cuisine with a western flair. An extensive breakfast buffet features game sausage, grits and house-cured salmon. Lunch features the Avanyu Spa special selections as well as traditional favorites. For a memorable dinner, a sumptuous meal of Angus steaks, native game, fresh fish, house-made ice creams, sorbets, and desserts are enjoyed in the casual elegance of the dining room at the base of Rendezvous Mountain. After dinner drinks and aperitifs are served beside a cozy fireplace in the Fireside Bar.

FUNCTIONS/MEETINGS: Snake River Lodge & Spa can accommodate a wide range of events, from corporate retreats and annual meetings to family reunions and weddings. The resort has 4,000 square feet of meeting space and can host functions for up to 250 people. All function spaces feature mountain views. The Apres Vous Room opens onto a wooden deck, perfect for meeting breaks and open-air cocktail parties. For a truly Western experience, Snake River Lodge & Spa also offers special catering events, including the Horse Whisperer Ranch Dinner. With the Teton Mountain Range and the Snake River serving as a backdrop, executive guests experience a horse whisperer demonstration as a young horse is trained. Dinner is prepared by Chef Kevin Humphreys and concludes with dessert and coffee around an open fire where guests enjoy the Cowboy Poetry of Grant Golliher.

AVANYU SPA: The Avanyu Spa is a magnificent five story, 17,000-square-foot spa, which is Wyoming's largest. Facilities include private men's and women's floors, 10 treatment rooms, a heated indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by cascading waterfalls, three saunas, private steam rooms, free-form hot tubs and a complete selection of cardiovascular equipment in the fitness center. The Avanyu Spa offers a full complement of treatments, day packages, and services including facials, massages, and hydrotherapy treatments. Snake River Lodge & Spa's signature treatment is the Paint Pot Mud Bath. Other body treatments include the Mountain Essence Scrub, the Vichy Salt Glow, the Fountain of Youth, and the Avanyu Rock Massage.
