Fitness Center

The Fitness Center, located on the top floor of the spa, is equipped to entertain fitness enthusiasts of all levels. With an array of Cybex strength training equipment, you can address all your major muscle groups, and with our free weights, fine-tune your routine. If it's a cardio workout you're looking for, we have treadmills, stair steppers, ellipticals, and bikes that will get your heart pumping and your legs burning.

Be sure to take advantage of our yoga and fitness classes, should you be interested, to warm up your muscles and joints each morning before your daily activities begin. Let us help prevent injury and sore muscles as you make the most of your time with us.
